Semiya kheer

Semiya/semolina - 1 cup

Milk -  3 cups

Sugar - 1 tbsp

Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Cashews - few roasted

Roast semiya in ghee for 10 minutes. Bring milk to boil. Add semiya to the milk. Cook until semiya becomes soft and milk thickens. Add cardamom powder and roasted cashews. Hot semiya kheer is ready to serve. You can refrigerate for 1 hr and serve cold too.
