Wheat dosai
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Rava - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Ginger - 1tsp (crushed)
Pepper - few Corns
Chillie - 2 chopped
Curd - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Mix wheat flour, rice flour and rava with 2 cups of water into a fine dosa batter. Add curd and whisk well. Add salt. Temper mustard seeds, cumin seeds, pepper corns, ginger and chillie in oil and add to the batter. Mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, add the chopped onions and mix the batter well. Heat a dosa tawa. Sprinkle oil and spread over the tawa. Pour one laddle full of batter and make a thin circle. Drizzle ghee or coconut oil around the dosa and cook till golden brown. Flip the other side and cook for a minute. Soft wheat dosa is ready to serve.
