Set dosa
Idli rice - 2 cups
Urid dal (whole) - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 2 tbsp
Poha - 1 cup
Salt - 2 tsp
Ghee
Wash and soak idli rice, urid dal, fenugreek seeds for 4 hours. Soak poha separately for 30 minutes. Grind all together in a mixer grinder adding little water. Grind it to a fine paste adding little by little water.
Transfer the batter to a container. Let it ferment for 8 to 10 hours. Once it is fermented add salt and mix well with hands. Set Dosa batter is ready.
Heat a dosa tawa. Sprinkle ghee and spread over the tawa. Take one laddle full of set dosa batter and spread a thick fluffy Dosa. Sprinkle ghee around the dosa. Let it cook for few minutes. You can see the pours forming on dosa. Flip it other side and cook until golden brown. Porous set dosa is ready to serve with chutney.
