Mango juice/mango smoothie
Alphonso mango - 1 small
Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
Water - 1/2 cup
Peel the skin of the mangoes. Cube the mangoes. Blend all the ingredients into a smoothie texture in a blender once. I avoided sugar as alphonso is already sweeter. Top with pomegranate pearls. Enjoy mango smoothie or juice warm or cold(refrigerate for an hour).
