Cinnamon gulab tea

Cinnamon has various health benefits, including reducing inflammation, lowering blood sugar, promoting heart ❤️ health and supporting weightloss. It's also a good antioxidant and supports in digestion.

Tea powder - 2 tsps

Water - 1 cup

Cinnamon sticks - 2

Rose petals - 2 or 3 to garnish

Honey - 1 tsp

Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Add tea powder. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Add cinnamon sticks. Further boil for 2 minutes. Filter the tea dust. Drop the cinnamon sticks inside the tea. Garnish with rose petals. Aromatic cinnamon tea is ready to drink hot or refrigerate it.
