Beetroot Lassi

 Beetroot - 1/2 cup cubed

Curd - 1 cup

Coriander  - few

Mint - few

Ginger - 1 inch

Salt - 1 tsp

Blend all the ingredients smoothly for 2 times in pulse mode. Add 1/2 cup water and blend again. Frothy beet lassi is ready to drink
