Venpongal

Wash 1 cup of rice along with half a cup of moongdal. Pressure cooker both with 2 and half cups of water for 5 whistle. Open the lid. Add 1 tablespoon of pepper and cumin seeds. Add 2 tablespoon of ghee and 2 tsp of salt. Mix well. Pressure Cook for 5 minutes without whistle

Add few curry 🍃 leaves. 🔥 Hot venpongal ready to eat 😋
