Semiya kulfi

Semiya cooked - 1 tbsp

Milk - 1 cup

Sugar - 1 tsp

Almond nuts - few chopped

Rose syrup - 1 tsp

Boil milk and add semiya. Cook until semiya becomes smooth. Add sugar and nuts and rose syrup on top. Let it cool for an hour. Add the semiya milk in the molds. Refrigerate for 7 to 8 hrs. Semiya milk kulfi is ready
