Raw crispy banana fry

Raw bananas - 2

Gingely oil - 2 tbsp

Mustard - 1 tsp

Urid dal - 1 tsp

Chillie powder - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Salt - 2 tsp


Wash and peel the skin of the bananas. Cut the bananas in a thin round shape.



 
Soak the bananas in a bowl of water to avoid decolouration. 

In a pan, add gingelly oil. When it is hot, add 1 tsp mustard seeds. Once it splutters, add 1 tsp urid dal.

Drain water from the bananas. Add the bananas to the pan and mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder and chillie powder to the banana

Mix well. Add 2 tbsp water and cover the bananas with a lid.


Simmer the stove. After 15 minutes, open the lid and stir the bananas. Banana fry is ready to serve
