Quick Ghee rava upma

                             Easy rava upma

Rava  - 1 cup

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Oil 

Mustard - 1 tsp

Channa dal - 1 tsp

Chillies 🌶 - 2 slit

Curry leaves 🍃 - few 

Salt - 1 tsp

Heat a pan. Add ghee. Roast the rava in Ghee till it turns golden brown (you can use roasted rava too). In the same pan, add oil. Splutter mustard seeds and channa dal. Add 2 cups water. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt. When it boils, add roasted rava. Stir well without lumps and without it sticks to the pan.  Switch off the flame when the water is fully absorbed. Add some ghee and stir well. Sooji rava upma is ready to serve.
