Podi Idli

Pour idli batter on the idli platter. Steam the idlis for 15 minutes. switch off the gas. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of idli podi along with 2 tablespoon gingelly oil and 2 tsp ghee. Mix well. Take the idlis out of the idli plates and apply idli podi on the idlis on both sides or one side alone.
