Paper roast
4 cups of home made idli/dosa batter
Half cut onion
Gingelly oil
Ghee
Heat a dosa pan. Pour a teaspoon of gingelly oil. Rub the dosa pan with a half onion. When it is medium hot, spread the dosa batter evenly to get a thin dosa. For paper dosa, batter should be spread thin and evenly spread all over the sides.
Sprinkle oil around the dosa and do not flip over. Wait until the top side gets cooked. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Add ghee around the dosa. Let it cook till it turns to golden brown. The paper dosa is crisp when it is golden brown. Now with a spatula fold the crisp paper dosa. Paper dosa is ready to serve.
