Mint chaas/Mint Lassi
Few mint leaves
Curd - 6 tablespoons
Salt - 1 tsp
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Grated carrots - 1 tsp
Pepper - 4 or 5 Corns
Beat mint leaves with curd in a blender smoothly. Add salt and mix. Garnish with mint leaves, grated ginger, grated carrots and pepper. Refrigerate for an hour. Refreshing mint chaas is ready to drink.
