Masala potatoes
Wash the potatoes. Slice the potatoes(2 medium sized) in round shape. In a pan, add olive oil. When it is hot, add the bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick and cardamom. Add the sliced potatoes and a pinch of turmeric, 1 tbsp red chilly powder, 1 tbsp garam masala and 1 tsp salt. Deep fry the potatoes by closing it with a lid for 15 minutes with medium heat. Fried potatoes ready to serve with basmati rice
