Madhur vadai
Ingredients
Channa dal - 1 cup
Urid dal - 1 cup
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Toor dal - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil to fry
Madhur vadai or multi paruppu vadai
Take 1 cup chana dal, 1/2 cup urid dal, 1/4 cup moong dal and 1 tbsp thoor dal in a bowl. Rinse it well and soak it for 45 minutes or 1 hour in warm water. Drain it. Add this to a blender and make into a coarse puree adding 1/4 cup of water. Don't make it into a fine paste. You should have whole dal here and there.Take it in a bowl. Heat kadai with 2 cups of vegetable oil. Add some curry leaves to the vadai flour. Make vadais and deep fry in the oil. Yummy paruppu vadai or madhur vadais are ready to serve with coconut chutney
