Grapes smoothie or grape lassi

 

  • 1 cup seedless black grapes chilled
  • 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  •  sugar
  • Ice cubes to serve (optional)


  • Place grapes in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pass it through a sieve to remove any hard bits.
  • Place grape juice back in the blender along with sugar and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Serve immediately.
