Apple halwa
Wash 2 medium size apples. Cut apples into small pieces. Add 1 cup water. Add 1 cup sugar and add the apples. Cook until apple blends with the sugar syrup. Stir well and add 1 tablespoon Ghee. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Check whether the apples are cooked. Smash the apples with a laddle. Add a pinch of food colour and cardamom powder. When the ghee leaves on the sides, switch off the stove. Yummy apple halwa is ready.
