Aam ras
Rinse 2 large mangoes thoroughly in clean water. Drain all the water and dry them with a clean kitchen towel.
Peel and chop the mangoes. Add the chopped mangoes to a blender. You can also add some sugar or jaggery if the mangoes are slightly tangy or sour.
Blend the mangoes to a mooth pulp. You can also add milk if you want a taste like a milkshake. I didn't add milk. Take the mango pulp in a bowl or tumbler. Crush cardamoms and add on top of it. Grated ginger can also be added. Refrigerate for an hour. Yummy Aam ras is ready to serve. Serve with poori or chapathi
